    I can't see this because I'm at work, but I usually regard Oprah's interviews (unless you're James Frey) as being as hard-hitting as a Beanie Baby. So my question is this: Is Oprah actually making Palin answer tough questions, or is this just a fluff piece? #sarahpalinoprahliveblog

    @Tchotchke: How is the James Frey interview hard hitting? She just cried and asked him why he had lied to her. Oprah is all about herself. This Palin interview is no different. And I can't even begin to explain how upset it makes me to hear Palin talk about abortion being the easy way out. It's the hardest decision and frankly it is more than just, as she put it, "less than ideal." Sarah Palin is still an idiot, and a danger.

    @blahblog: I didn't say the James Frye interview was hard-hitting, just less wishy-washy than her other interviews, comparatively-speaking. With him, you at least knew she was pissed off and wanted him to know it.

    Also, I second the "everything is about Oprah" sentiment. She's so narcissistic, it kills me. If you put her, Bono and Madonna in a room together, the sheer weight of their egos would cause the world to swallow itself. #sarahpalinoprahliveblog

    @ElleL: Actually Palin encouraged the practice of 'denning' and killing off entire packs of wolves, including going to their dens and gunning down the puppies. But I'm pretty sure she'd bite the head off a cuddly kitten if it meant getting any power in order to 'empower' women.
