    Most freaking adorable dogs. Both puppy and adult form. And they have amazing personalities. Unfortunately, the have severe health issues. As the Swiss saying goes: "Three years a young dog; Three years a good dog; Three years an old dog; The rest is a gift from God." #tgif

    @Newsgirl: Early death really bothers me with these types of dogs. They are such loyal, intelligent creatures. Losing them is so awful.

    Why does this photo upset me so? I feel horrible for her! For all I know, she might be completely comfortable, but I want to crochet her a giant bear sweater!

    Or buy her some flannel pjs that have a pattern of little people on them or something.

    But then, I can't watch the Sarah McLaughlin ASPCA commercials or Animal Cops, either. Animals in apparent distress totally choke me up.
