Stunningly Perceptive Media Criticism From Iggy Azalea

Latest

Early on Wednesday morning, Iggy Azalea tweeted a link to pile of words published on Pando Daily dot com entitled “I’ve come to hate much of the internet” with the comment “Same here.” Hours later, it appeared that the young talent was still hating the internet, and still thinking.

This is not the first time Iggy has opined on the current state of journalism, but she brought the topic up yet again by lamenting the “disconnect” between print publications that also have an online pressnce [sic].

Iggy’s favorite publications, it seems, are now being published more and more infrequently, which upsets her not because of the financial ramifications that shift will have on the media industry, but because it results in falsehoods.

Update: After a brief break, she continued:

Her stream-of-consciousness wordplay about the state of journalism was not quite as moving as her thoughts about animal cruelty shared earlier, but she is still a student of the school of life and has much to learn.
