I don’t care what anyone else says—and I have not polled a lot of people—but dresses with capes and trains (and bells and whistles) are aces in my book! And considering that this is Lady Gaga we’re talking about here, it is quite possible that this dress actually has bells and whistles! Where are you hiding them Gaga? Is that even your real name?
