Hillary Clinton Is Most Admired Woman of the Year for the 18th Time

Latest

According to a Gallup poll conducted at the beginning of the month, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are the Most Admired Man and Woman of 2013. This comes as a surprise to pretty much no one, as 1) presidents are pretty much always given the title, and 2) both Obama and Clinton have won for the past few years. In fact, Obama has been the Most Admired Man since 2008, and Clinton the Most Admired Woman since 2002. Fun fact: Clinton has only been kicked off the top spot three times since she first claimed the title in 1993. Twice to Mother Teresa, who by the way is basically a goddamn saint, and once to Laura Bush.

Other highly admired men include George W. Bush, Rev. Billy Graham, and Bill Clinton, although newcomers Pope Francis and Ted Cruz made their way onto the list. As for the women, Oprah, Michelle Obama, Sarah Palin, and Malala Yousafzai topped the list.

I am considering writing into Gallup to see if they can just do a national poll for each on of those high school class awards because I really want to know who America’s Best Smile, Biggest Gossip, Most Likely To Take Over The World, and Class Clown would be.
