Cop Gets Mistaken for Male Stripper at 50th Birthday Party

According to BBC, Police Community Support Officer Mike Ober was on foot patrol when he noticed that the door to the club was open. When he went inside, a group of women “went wild with excitement” believing he was the exotic dancer they had ordered. Amidst the loud cheering, someone yelled, “Oh, are you the stripogram?” and told Ober he was too early and asked him to come back later. “I had to beat a hasty retreat,” he said.

On the way out, Ober, who called the mix-up “flattering,” passed the real stripper cop.
