Behold "Bachmann Abbey," Michele Bachmann's Downton Abbey Tribute

Do your family photos capture as much stiff, politely restrained resentment as the Bachmann family photos do? I doubt it!

This family photo was posted on the Facebook page of Rep. Michele Bachmann’s (R-Minn.) daughter Sophia on Thursday. In the photo, Bachmann, her husband Marcus and everyone else is posed pretty much exactly like how everyone always poses in those Downton Abbey cast photos.

And they called it “Bachmann Abbey.” Oh Bachmanns! Y’all are so damn clever. Take a moment to soak in the idea the she is channeling the Dowager Countess here. (OMG OR DOES SHE THINK SHE’S LADY MARY?)
