Joran Van Der Sloot Will Plead Guilty To Murder

Van Der Sloot will reportedly plead guilty to murdering Stephany Flores in Peru last year, but will cite temporary insanity in his defense. He’ll apparently argue that he was overcome with “violent emotion” after Flores “intruded into my personal life” by looking up information about Natalee Holloway on his laptop. Because catching someone looking up past murder allegations against you is totally a great excuse for killing them. If this flies, Van Der Sloot could be out in three to five.
