Naomi Campbell has been discharged from the hospital. Earlier this week she was admitted to a Brazilian hospital under the care of a gynecologist and an infectious disease specialist. Her flack says Naomi had a cyst removed, the doctor who treated her says it wasn't a cyst, but declined to say what was ailing Naomi. Also, she's allegedly engaged to Marcus Elias, a 49-year-old Brazilian financier.
