The forthcoming Daring Book for Girls is meant to teach young women skills that are not stereotypically "feminine", like how to play cards, how to make a handlebar-scooter from scratch, and how to do karate. It seems like an admirable enough idea, until you watch the video that publisher's marketing department made to advertise the book. Apparently, Daring Girls are the sort who have perfectly-twisted French braids and whine until their mothers give them what they want. Clip above.
