Zach Galifianakis Lost the Jennifer Aniston Look-Alike Contest Badly

In what was perhaps a nod to Chris Farley’s famously jiggly Chippendales sketch, Zach Galifianakis took the stage last night on SNL wearing nothing but a blonde wig and his heart on his sleeve. He was really counting on winning the Jennifer Aniston look-alike contest, but, sadly, he didn’t stand a chance, not against the likes of Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms.

It’s sort of fucked up, when you think about it, because Zach Galafianakis’ beard looks exactly like the beard Jennifer Aniston would have if she were preparing for a role in a romcom about a woman who quits her high-powered city job at an ad agency and becomes a lumberjack in Maine in order to find herself. What she finds instead, of course, is love, either in the form of a grizzled Bradley Cooper or (Friends callback!) Tom Selleck.
