Your Evening Cry: An Alzheimer's Love Story

Meet Verna and Jerry Kinersly, a lovely couple who have been happily married for 60 years.

According to Hoopla Ha, when Verna was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, it became difficult for the couple to reflect on the cherished memories they share. They currently spend a lot of time at a nonprofit called Keep Memory Alive at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, where they are hoping for a cure. (That makes three of us.)

I love at the end when Jerry covers up the camera for a romantic moment. We should all be so damn lucky.
