Christina Lorena Reber, the woman who mercilessly tore her ex boyfriend's testicles to bits in 2012, has just been sentenced to two years in connection to what the courts referred to as "an extraordinarily heinous injury."

Reber, of Muncie, Indiana, attacked her ex several days after the two had broken up. According to police documents obtained by The Smoking Gun, the man (whose testicles were treated at Ball Memorial Hospital) was working on his computer at home when Reber marched in and began punching him in the head, apparently for no reason. But that was just the beginning.

From The Smoking Gun:

Reber then latched onto the man's scrotum and began "squeezing as hard as she could." The victim recalled that he was "in incredible pain when Reber grabbed his scrotum and began digging in her fingers." Reber refused to relax her grip as the pair scuffled. Finally, the man recalled, he was able to "pry his scrotum from Reber's hand" when they fell to the ground.

What. The. Fuck. How is this a thing you just do? I am having so much sympathy pain right now that it's even hard to write this sentence without a little nausea raising up in my throat.

The man's scrotum had been "completely torn from his body" and he still suffers a great deal of pain even several years later, although he is no longer medically compromised. He did, however, have to undergo reconstructive surgery and said that after the attack his testicles were so swollen that he couldn't walk.
