Drake is a Canadian rapper whose many hits include “0 to 100” and “Started From the Bottom.” Craig David is a U.K. singer from the early aughts who released the instant classic “Fill Me In.” These two men are not the same.
While Drake was in U.K. for the Wireless Festival, he also stopped by Wimbledon, where sports reporter Ian Abrahams (Moose) mistakenly ID’d him as Craig David on Twitter and was promptly ridiculed about it.
And now you’re thinking: He does kinda look like him...
For Drake, this is a lesson about the true meaning of fame. One day you’re Drake. The next day you’re Craig David.
