What Time Will Don Jr and Michael Avenatti Fight? 

Michael Avenatti—grifter and hero to everyone with a “It’s Mueller Time” mug (hi, Mom!)—wants to kick Donald Trump Jr’s ass, for charity.

The proposed duel was announced via tweet by Dylan Byers, senior media reporter for NBC News and MSNBC: “I’m having lunch with Michael Avenatti…at the Vanity Fair Summit and he’s proposing a three-round mixed-martial arts fight with Donald Trump Jr…for charity. No joke.

Avenatti confirmed that he is, indeed, ready to rumble with Don Jr in a MMA throw down, tweeting that it would be for “two great causes.” Heh, clever:

Avenatti added, “My portion of the proceeds from the fight will be split 50% to rebuilding Puerto Rico and 50% to @RAINN [Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network]. Just waiting on Bif to confirm. #Basta.”

Slight typo aside, Avenatti seems to be referring to Don Jr as Biff, the bully from the Back to the Future movie trilogy. This appears to be a new thing he’s trying out.

Don Jr has yet to take Avenatti up on his offer.

This embarrassing attempt at to take their Twitter beef to the ring is clearly some roundabout dick measuring contest. Frankly, Lana Del Rey comes across as more threatening than Avenatti. But would I still watch the hell out of this brawl that fragile masculinity built? Hell yeah.

Update, 11:07: Some of our more literary commenters pointed out that this might be a reference to Biff from Death of a Salesman rather than Biff from the Back to the Future trilogy.
