What better way to illustrate the changing times than with shrinking hemlines? This Volkswagen ad for the "New Beetle" in China illustrates the new design not with an actual picture of a car but with two women: one from the '60s in a longer dress and one from "today" in a minidress and heavy eye-make up. Wow! Fashions change... which means we need to get a new car that is (probably) too hideous to even be featured in the ad.
