It’s Wednesday, Camp Firewood, and you know what that means: Coop will be coaching our softball team to a victory against the evil Camp Tiger Claw, Gene will fondle his sweaters, and Susie and Ben (such a cute couple!) will be holding auditions for the end of summer talent show. And one more thing, campers! Netflix has announced the 2017 release of Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later.

A follow-up to Netflix’s Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, Ten Years Later will be an eight-episode season that picks up at the counselors’ 9:30 a.m. (or is it 9 a.m.?) 10-year reunion. Michael Showalter and David Wain—the masterminds behind the original 2001 Wet Hot American Summer movie and the 2015 series—will write the episodes and Wain will direct.

The Wet Hot American Summer craft is a muscle! You need to exercise it!
