Was NYC Housewives Postponed For Being Boring?

Latest

After yesterday’s news that Real Housewives of NYC will be pushed back to spring—with Miami taking its time slot—”sources” (Jill Zarin?) are telling the NY Post that its due to a lack of drama amongst the cast.

Even though Bravo’s been running ads, claiming the fourth season of NYC will premiere on February 15 for over a month, Andy Cohen emailed the cast members, telling them about the delay saying, “We decided yesterday that our best bet was to give ourselves a little breathing room, I would rather get the show right than rush it to air.” The series is now expected to premiere in March or April.

According to the source, producers are disappointed in the lack of fighting among the women, who supposedly got along during much of filming. Jill Zarin took matters into her own hands, and invited Camille Grammer to hang with the women in New York, hoping that it would cause friction.

Cohen, however, says that everything is just fine, releasing this statement: “No conspiracy here, folks. We have an embarrassment of riches with Miami and New York, and I assure you that ‘the Real Housewives of NYC’ will be well worth the wait.”
