Unapologetic Botox Mom Is Suddenly Very Sorry

Now that her daughter Britney has been removed from her custody, Kerry Campbell has finally realized that injecting her 8-year-old with botox is profoundly fucked up.

Campbell spoke to The Sun, which is how her ordeal began. She says saying:

“I cannot put into words the remorse I feel. I am going to seek therapy for my obsession with looks so I will no longer push my insecurities about appearance on to her … I will not use Botox on her ever again. I honestly felt I was helping her. I regret doing it and remain committed to being a good mother and being reunited with my daughter.”

She explains she was so consumed with making Britney a star that she didn’t realize what she was doing, and adds:

“I have been hounded and become a hate figure, which I probably deserve. But I want to take this opportunity to apologize to the world for my mistake. I vow never to give her Botox again.”

But! An anonymous family member tells The Sun:

“Kerry is a fantastic mother and she was simply trying to give her daughter a leg-up. Britney has shown absolutely no ill effects from the treatment and has always been a happy child. To say she is being abused is plain ridiculous.”

Looks like someone didn’t get the memo that we’re now in full mea culpa mode.
