Topless Dancers Shock Thailand

Despite its reputation as a sex-tourism destination, Thailand has been rocked with outrage over a video of three topless dancers at a festival Friday. A police official says, “This has damaged a traditional Thai ceremony. The charge is doing a shameful act in public by indecently exposing oneself.” The three dancers were apparenty fined $16 and let go, though the Thai Minister of Culture suggested they should have to read to schoolchildren as part of their punishment. One disturbing detail: the dancers were just 13, 14, and 16.
