People line up in hope to adopt a Chihuahua dog at a Manhattan ASPCA in New York, January 13, 2010. Over one hundred people lined up in hope to adopt 15 Chihuahuas which were flown from San Fransisco, after their owners left them in shelters in California. California shelters are overun with the handbag-size breed while the demand for Chihuahas in New York is very high.
