Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich Adorably Answer Questions for Teen Girls

The delightful Rookie Mag regularly asks its teen readers to send in questions to “Ask a Grown Woman” and “Ask a Grown Man” and then gets grown women and grown men to answer them. I wish this had been around when I was 14, but oh well. I had Sassy — I got by.

This episode shows Radiohead’s Thom Yorke* and music producer Nigel Godrich, who are both in the band Atoms For Peace, offering sound relationship and love advice to young ladies. It’s incredibly sweet, and they’re both quite fanciable (read: British).

It’s cool that the older guys are able to talk to the teen girls like they’re people (cause they are!), and the bit when Yorke goes on about his lazy eye is hilarious and awesome. Plus, “And don’t worry about the deodorant, for starters,” is the best first date advice, ever.
