The Walkout: An Open Thread

Latest

At 1 p.m. eastern, people across the country are walking out in solidarity with Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez. In Washington, DC, a coalition of organizers are converging at the offices of the United States Senate before walking to the Supreme Court. Elsewhere, the walkout may mean stepping outside your front door alone or a purposefully timed 10-minute break with colleagues. Whatever it looks like, the point is Ford and Ramirez are not alone, and neither are you.

Jezebel will be going quiet for the next hour, but we’d like to use this space, for those walking out and for those who aren’t, to talk to each other. We see you. We hear you. We’re with you.
