In 2003, Bob Carey began photographing himself wearing only a pink tutu on a lark. Six months later, his wife Linda was diagnosed with breast cancer and the photos became a way to inject a little humor into a very difficult time. Now, nine years later, Carey is using what was once a goofy hobby to raise money for breast cancer by self publishing Ballerina, a book of his portraits, with all net proceeds going to breast cancer organizations like Cancercare.org and the Beth Israel Department of Integrative Medicine Fund. To get his project off the ground, however, Bob needs help.
