The Sun is reporting that a survey administered for the 'Scottish Executive' (described as "the devolved government for Scotland... responsible for most of the issues of day-to-day concern to the people of Scotland") has found that 32% of people think a woman is partly to blame for being raped if she was being at all flirtatious before the attack. In addition, 27% believe this if the woman was drunk, 26% if she was wearing revealing clothing, and "18% believing she was responsible to some extent if she was known to have had many sexual partners."
