Oh, my God. The lady in the glasses, with the frosted hair, next to MObama, is wearing the awful not-bang bangs that I had in...Third Form. That hairstyle is like a madeleine cookie for the early Aughts. That hairstyle just brought me right back to flirting ham-handedly with a prop from the Christ's College 2nd XV named Patrick. I thought I had repressed that.

That and a messy bun secured with some sparkly mini butterfly clips, and we were good to go impress the local boys' school at a high school dance. What is someone with enough clout to be invited to the SOTU doing wearing early-aughts slutty-tween hair? Oh, my God. I have not thought about that hairstyle in forever. Weird.
