Hunger Games mania might be about to reach a fevered pitch, but when that dies down we have something new to look forward to. It's just been announced that the devilishly handsome William Moseley, whom you may recognize as Peter Pevensie in the Chronicles of Narnia films, has been cast as Aspen in the CW pilot The Selection. Based on the forthcoming series of YA books by Kiera Cass (which will be out starting in April) The Selection is already being compared to the The Hunger Games. The show will center around a girl named America Singer, played by Aimee Teegarden (better known to many as Julie Taylor from Friday Night Lights), who must compete to marry Prince Maxon (played by Ethan Peck), all while having a secret romance with Aspen Leger (played by Moseley). Oh, and this all takes place 300 years in the future. Yesssss.
