Audrey Kathleen Ruston was born May 4, 1929, in Ixelles, Belgium. Though she became famous for her work in films like Sabrina, My Fair Lady, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Funny Face, she devoted much of her life to UNICEF, and was awarded the Medal of Freedom in recognition of her work.
