The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity — formerly called the International Advertising Festival — has 70 women serving on juries, judging ads and commercials. Sounds good until you realize that there are 248 men who are jurors. So women are just 22%. As Steve Hall at AdRants points out, upwards of 70% of household spending in controlled by women: "it would seem all that more important to have women included in the judging of work that is developed to reach them."

What's the ratio of men to women as creatives at agencies? I'm genuinely curious if anyone knows; my quick google search turned up nothing.
