The AP reports that U.S. Magistrate Judge Bristow Marchant has entered a not guilty plea for Charleston shooter Dylann Roof after defense attorney David Bruck advised Roof to not plead guilty to the 33 federal charges brought against him until prosecutors announce whether or not they plan to seek the death penalty.
