Supreme Court Says DADT Can Stay, For Now

The Log Cabin Republicans had asked the Supreme Court to consider keeping a lower court’s injunction against DADT, which had enabled a brief reprieve last month, but no such luck. Now it’s up to the Ninth Circuit.
