The worst known offender of the Lackland Air Force base rape scandal in San Antonio, Texas, in which 12 of 475 military instructors had been accused of sexual impropriety with 31 different female recruits, is going to prison.

Staff Sergeant Luis Walker, a Lackland drill instructor, was sentenced to 20 years after facing 28 counts of rape and aggravated sexual assault. He was found guilty by a military jury after ten accusers came forward to testify against him.
