Sex With Robots Is Illegal In Malaysia, Apparently

Beep boop, what a bummer: a conference to be held on November 16th in Malaysia, entitled “Love and Sex With Robots,” was just shut down by the police, according to BBC News.

The conference, previously held in Portugal, featured the work of dozens of academics who’ve devoted their studies to human sexuality and its intersections with technology. Malaysian Chief of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar called the conference “ridiculous,” adding that “this nation does not condone free sex.”
