Secret Santas Handing Out Cash

If you’re in North Carolina and you see a big bearded dude in a red suit about to accost you, perhaps you should let him. He might be trying to hand you a hundo.

The Charlotte Observer reports that on Friday, a crew of anonymous St. Nicks roamed the streets of the North Carolina city, shaking hands, spreading holiday cheer, and giving $100 bills to people who looked like they could use it. I hope no one said they were going to use it to buy that pony that Santa never brought.
