On this day, 92 years ago, Tennessee became the 36th state to ratify the 19th Amendment, so let's all thank Tennessee for volunteeringto take a progressive step forward in history. Let's all not thank Mississippi for waiting until fucking 1984 to ratify the 19th Amendment, and let's all also give New Jersey an eye roll for long ago giving women the right to vote, and then changing its mind in 1807.
I just had the most hellish period that I have had in years. One of those periods that makes you scared to think about the next period. One of those periods that would make a non believer ask God for mercy. One of those periods that makes my faithful behind wonder about God's love. A person shouldn't have cramps like that. I'm just lucky that I didn't have to work yesterday. I mean, I haven't thrown up in years and the cramps made me do it. I don't know how I had anything to throw up when I hadn't eaten all day because I was in so much pain. I did what my gyno suggested and it didn't work. He suggested that for about four days prior to my flow starting I should take an NSAID every 6 to 12 hours. I have got to start taking the pill again. I didn't want to but I refuse to go through this ever again. This whole reproductive system thing is for the effing birds. I can't believe I'm talking about this but have you ever been so mind blown that you have to tell it. I assumed that after this kind of pain, I would at least get a baby out of the deal.
