Sarah Palin Deludedly Dottering About 'Death Panels' Again

Facebook Governor Sarah Palin won Politifact's dubious "Lie of the Year" award in 2009 by declaring that the Affordable Care Act would subject America to something called "death panels," which are not the same kind of panels that Nixon voters installed in their dens in 1973 and ripped down in embarrassment in 1990. No, Palin's "Death Panels" were Hunger Games-esque dystopian panels of bureaucrats who probably wore futuristic top hats and formally rationed health care for sick and dying patients. It's a complete lie that got legs in the paranoid Tea Party set, but it was roundly dismissed by fact-based news organizations. So, naturally, Palin's talking about Death Panels again. And she's sorry she's not sorry.

According to a Facebook post (which I'm disappointed is not a series of abbreviated Tweets, or one of those ads that plays on those TVs in the back of cabs that are impossible to turn off starring Max Headroom), Palin would like to remind America that she was right about Obamacare and everyone else was wrong. It's true! Three years after its passage, thousands and thousands of sick elderlies have been condemned to death by the government, just like she is about to prove in this post that vindicates her!

As we wait for the impending Supreme Court decision on Obamacare, I reiterate what I wrote in my first post on this topic nearly three years ago. I stand by everything I wrote in that warning to my fellow Americans because what was true then is true now, and it will remain true as we hear what the Supreme Court has to say.

Sarah Palin is right because Sarah Palin says Sarah Palin is right. I hope that answered some questions.

When is the American public going to realize that the current system all ready has so called "death panels." They are called insurance companies, where untrained bureaucratic corporate idiots, who make decisions based on what is based on the best financially for the company and themselves. The current system is a mess, and the new system is not much better. Thanks media and politicians for the continued misinformation, and for supporting the rights and needs of major corporations over the will and rights of the people
