Paris' Quai Branly Museum, which is dedicated to the "primary arts" of Africa, the Pacific, the Americas and Asia, is devoting an exhibit to the iconography of Tarzan,"the King of the Apes, and his mate Jane." [Reuters]
Clearly I am the only person who saw this and went "Oh, AWESOME!"
Not only is there educational value in educating people about the incredibly warped perceptions of Africans and African culture via their depiction of Tarzan, the Ape Man, but Tarzan freakin' RULES!!
