Last night, Vogue and Tod's hosted a party for the release of the photography book American Beauty by socialite photographer Claiborne Swanson Frank. In attendance were a lot of wealthy, important people that you probably won't recognize.

Elizabeth Swanson [left], whom I'm guessing is Claiborne Swanson Frank's [right] mother wore a new car gift bow. The Devil wore a wool dress and snakeskin coat.

I love Solange's mix of mismatched patterns.

This is the kind of outfit that would make a boner shrivel up and recoil like the Wicked Witch of the East's feet. But I really like model Michele Ouellet's urban cowgirl look.

It's to be expected that Lulu Frost jewelry designer Lisa Salzer would have the best necklace.

Super busy patterns and strappy shoes were a dime a dozen at this party: Asia Baker, Veronica Swanson Beard, and Lauren Santo Domingo.

Jessica Stam's coral and khaki dress was Spring-y and dignified. The side cutouts on dresses is getting really old, but I do like Alina Cho's collar. There seems to be an unlimited number of pockets on Hunger Games' Leven Rambin's dress.

Summer Rayne Oakes (that name!) thinks she's Mariah Carey or something. Ferebee Bishop Taube's green fuz shoulders are so Creep Show. Erin Beatty dress is one of those unfortunate examples in which vertical stripes are not flattering.
