“I love you Hoda Mama,” said Gifford. Gifford admitted that she’s “thrilled” about upcoming projects, but the separation is bittersweet: She’s heartbroken to leave her NBC fam behind.

“The minute you stepped into my life with both feet, everything changed,” said Kotb, Egyptian goddess, through tears.

Are you crying yet???

“Everything good that’s happened in my life has happened since you came,” Hoda added. “I met Joel because I had to give a speech. Why did I give a speech? Because I worked here, because I worked with you. I wouldn’t have been there that day. Haley came as a result of our union. Everything happened. I remember thinking, how does one person step in your life and change it like that?”

The mush fest continued.

“We’re going to be friends for the rest of our lives,” said Gifford. “And I’m grateful to God for you.”
