@tscheese: As far as I am aware they hand out pyjamas in first class on BA, Virgin, Singapore Airlines and Air NZ. I'm not sure about other airlines. They're nothing super-special as far as I have ever seen but they are comfortable.

The funny thing is though that even if you ask for a small size they are usually absolutely enormous - imagining tiny Posh in those pyjamas is really funny.
