Latest

Socialite/model/TV host/writer Peaches Geldof — daughter of musician Bob Geldof and TV host Paula Yates — has died at the age of 25.

BBC News is reporting that she was found dead in her home near Wrotham, Kent.

“At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden,” said a statement from Kent Police.

Just 24 hours ago, Peaches was posting pictures and videos of her children on Instagram; she has two sons: Astala, 20 months, and Phaedra, ten months.

According to the Daily Mail:

Her last tweet was at 10.17am yesterday with a photograph of her and her late mother.

Peaches was 11 years old when her mother, Paula Yates, died of a drug overdose. As a teen, Peaches wrote a column for Elle magazine in the UK and appeared on several TV shows, including ITV2’s OMG! with Peaches Geldof.

In 2010, Peaches was involved in a nude photo scandal that was rumored to be “heroin fueled”; she later denied she used heroin. That same year, she was embroiled in a Twitter feud with Chloe Sevigny.

But lately Peaches seemed more settled; she married musician Thomas Cohen in 2012 and was living outside of London. In addition to her husband, sons and father, she also leaves behind sisters Fifi Trixibelle and Pixie and a younger half-sister, Tiger Lily Hutchence Geldof.
