Oops: Michelle Obama Accidentally Calls Herself a 'Busy Single Mother'

In an interview with CBS about the difficulty of maintaining proper family nutrition/your sanity when you have a hectic schedule, First Lady Michelle Obama proves her point when she refers to herself as a “busy single mother.” It’s so difficult that sometimes you forget important details like the fact that you’re still married! Of course, she recovers gracefully and says, “Sometimes when you’ve got the husband who’s President, it can feel a little single, but he’s there.”

With her schedule, I’m surprised she can even speak in coherent sentences. It’s a testament to how much she has her shit together that she can even get out of bed in the morning. If I were the FLOTUS, my entire day would consist of rolling out of bed at 2pm and crawling to the White House kitchen to request my morning hot fudge sundae. I’d say, “My morning hot fudge sundae, jeeves!”
