On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the appeal regarding Alabama's ban on the sale of sex toys, thus upholding a lower court's ruling that the sale of "any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs for anything of pecuniary value" is illegal. Essentially, this puts an end to a case that's been dragging on for nine years. But Sherri Williams, owner of Pleasures stores in Huntsville and Decatur, plans on suing again on First Amendment free speech grounds. She Has a right to sell what ever she wishes. if she wants to sell rabbits, bullet vibrators, dildos and any thing else of the nature so be it.
See this is why i hate living in the south, everyone is hyped up on religion and "morals", when they know and the end of the day and everyone has either gone home, or went to bed they pull out huge dildos like "The Man-Handler" and go at it like there's no tomorrow.
