Oklahoma's governor has vetoed a reintroduced bill that would have required details of women's abortions to be posted online, because it has no exception for rape or incest. However, Oklahoma's legislature has overridden such vetoes in the past. [WSJ]

How is this not violating HIPPA? At my bf's job a worker who has anything more then a name on a word document is violating HIPPA and faces losing their job and jail time. How is a website detailing personal patient/doctor info not violating this?
