NYC Taxi Drivers Calendar Makes Its Triumphant Return

The NYC Taxi Drivers Calendar is back for its second year. For only $14.99, you will get to ogle these fine men as well as conveniently be able to learn which day of the month and/or week it is. That is a bargain, my friends. Plus, part of the proceeds from the calendar benefit University Settlement, which provides services for immigrants and low-income families. The 2014 calendar helped raise more than $40,000 for the organization, according to KTVU:

Creators Philip Kirkman and his fiancée, Shannon McLaughlin, say they started the calendar last year to promote immigrant awareness. A portion of each $14.99 calendar sold goes to University Settlement, a group that is dedicated “to the idea the idea that immigrants and low-income families deserve basic services like quality education, decent housing, access to open space for exercise and health, and support for the aging,” according to the group’s website.
