Meghan Markle Wore a Very Nice Hat 

In the past, I’ve said I’d never want to marry into the royal family. Unfortunately now I must change my answer, for one specific reason: Because I’d love an excuse to wear a Dynasty-ass hat like Meghan Markle was sporting today at Royal Ascot.

People says the hat is the work of of Philip Treacy, who also did her headgear for Trooping the Colour (the balcony event they do annually) and Prince Charles’s garden party at Buckingham Palace. But Royal Ascot is famous for being a hat extravaganza, and Meghan showed up looking like an extra from that scene in My Fair Lady. Just look at this damn thing:

I’m still not sure what they do at Royal Ascot, but what hats they wear while doing whatever it is!
