Welcome to yet another news-to-the-rest-of-us awards show — the 23rd annual American Cinematheque awards, honoring Samuel L. Jackson, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Everyone looked great: Jon Hamm, was dapper, Sharon Stone was glam, Kerry Washington was lovely, and even the Bads were kinda perversely good. So: the glamour, the glitz, the Hamm! After the jump.
Kerry Washington is, per usual, reliably awesome.
You gotta hand it to the woman, when she's good, she's good.
Sonja Sohn: cute, classic, confident.
It is with great pleasure that I put seemingly full-time red carpeter and perennial "Bad" Kat Kramer to the "Goods!" Yay!
Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt: not just beautiful and down-to-earth, but well-dressed, too!
Samuel L. Jackson was the honoree. This is his wife, LaTanya Richardson, and daughter Zoe.
On the one hand, Paloma Jimenez looks fabulous. On the other, she forgot her pants.
Anna Maria Horsford's magenta extravaganza is somehow super endearing.
