Man Who Hacked Sarah Palin's E-Mail Sentenced

20-year-old old University of Tennessee student David Kernell has been sentenced to a year and a day in custody for breaking into Sarah Palin‘s e-mail. Rather than prison, the judge recommended Kernell get mental health treatment at a halfway house.
