Man Terrorizes Train By Masturbating Into a Hat On Subway

The New York Police Department is looking for any leads on a man that’s been accused of masturbating on a crowded train last week. The woman who reached out to the NYPD with a complaint claims that the man jerked it behind a hat to completion on her morning commute. Also, there’s video.

Gothamist reports that the man, in his early to mid-20s, was masturbating when the complainant boarded the train and got off after getting off and cleaning himself.

Here’s what the woman told Gothamist:

“I got in the first car of the A train at Hoyt/Schermerhorn around 10 a.m., and saw a young man with his penis out of his pants, masturbating. He was using his hat to hide himself but from where I was standing I could clearly see what he was doing. He kept looking around. I moved a few steps away and took a photo, and then a video.”

She added, “In the tunnel between High Street and Fulton, he ‘cleaned himself’ and then got off at Fulton Street.”

The woman told Gothamist that police are taking her complaint seriously and are putting together a poster to help identify and apprehend the man in question. In addition, she said that while she was filing her report with the police, someone else called about another train masturbation taking place. She’s sure it was a different guy.
