Man Gropes Woman On Flight, Says Trump Made It Okay

Turns out men are taking President Donald Trump’s disgusting words to heart, as they now feel free to grope women openly in his honor.

ABC News reports that a man recently arrested for groping a woman on a plane told police that it’s all good because of President Trump. “The president of the United States says it’s OK to grab women by their private parts,” the man, Bruce Alexander, told authorities.

Alexander was arrested after touching the breast of a woman sitting in front of him on a flight heading to Albuquerque on Sunday. After being touched several times, she reportedly turned around and told Alexander to stop. He was ultimately arrested for “abusive sexual contact.”

While there always seems to be a disturbingly high amount of plane groping incidents, from passengers and pilots, this might be the first directly, explicitly influenced by Trump. Jessica Leeds told The New York Times in 2016 that Trump touched her inappropriately, grabbing her breasts and putting his hand up her skirt, over 30 years ago on a flight to New York. “He was like an octopus,” she told the paper at the time. “His hands were everywhere.”
